Can I buy tickets at the door?
Yes, walk ups are welcome and tickets can be purchased from the onsite Ticketek box office. However, this is subject to availability.
Can I give my ticket to someone else?
Yes, however your ticket is only valid for one viewing of SensAtion so you will be unable to attend yourself at a later date.
Can I book a group tour?

Are there any rules about taking photos?
Photos are strongly encouraged at SensAtion. We want you to be able to get the perfect shot! And we’d love to see all your photos as well, so please tag us in your photos #SensAtionGallery #MSWAEvents
How long does it usually take to explore SensAtion?
It is up to you but we recommend allowing at least an hour to experience the installations.
Is the exhibition self-guided?
Yes, the exhibition is self-guided. However, there will be friendly and helpful SensAtion Ambassadors available throughout the gallery if you need any help.
Accessibility & amenities
Is the exhibition accessible for people in wheelchairs?
Yes, we’re proud that SensAtion is accessible to people in wheelchairs.
Can I bring a pram?
Yes, you will be able to take your pram around SensAtion.
Where can I park?
Paid street parking is available surrounding SensAtion while Queens Gardens car park is open 24 hours a day.
SensAtion is also located within the City of Perth ‘Free Transit Zone’. Visit transperth.wa.gov.au to plan your journey.
Is SensAtion appropriate for children?
Yes, SensAtion is suitable for people of all ages. However, children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
What should I do if I lose something whilst at the exhibition?
Please see one of our friendly Ambassadors, as they will be able to assist you.
Are there any toilets at SensAtion?
Yes, there will be toilets available.
Can I bring food and drink with me to SensAtion?
Unfortunately not. However, our very own SensAtion Café will be open during Gallery hours so you can grab a hot drink, snack or lunch before/after your viewing. Please note that no food or drinks are permitted inside the Gallery, to prevent damage to our installations.
Can I get a refund on my tickets?
No, refunds are only available when a viewing or event has been cancelled or re-scheduled. Please visit the Ticketek website for full refund T&Cs.
Are there cloaking facilities available?
Unfortunately, no cloaking facilities will be available. We would recommend only bringing along what you would need to go through the Gallery, most importantly your phone/camera!
